With a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and a Certificate IV / Agent’s Representative qualification, Victor combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience to support both clients and colleagues effectively.

Victor is passionate about real estate for its people-focused nature, enjoying the opportunity to solve practical problems and assist clients through important property decisions. In his current role, he provides essential support to the property management team, assisting with tenant and landlord communication, preparing documentation, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Victor built valuable experience in retail and customer service, progressing from a casual team member to a supervisory role. During this time, he was responsible for training staff, managing daily operations, and handling customer concerns with professionalism, earning recognition for his reliability, teamwork, and strong service standards.
