Nguyen Huong Giang Dao (Nancy Dao) is an Assistant Property Manager who brings a people-first approach to every aspect of property management. Since joining the industry in 2026, she has been passionate about building genuine relationships with residents, landlords, and colleagues, believing that real estate is ultimately about people as much as it is about property.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and Management & Innovation) and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice from Entry Education. Her marketing background provides a unique perspective on property presentation, communication, and client service, allowing her to combine creativity with practical problem-solving.

In her current role, Nancy manages entry and exit inspections, prepares detailed condition reports, coordinates maintenance between tenants, landlords, and tradespeople, assists with leasing enquiries and rental applications, and supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the property management team. She is known for her strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Although early in her real estate career, Nancy considers her greatest achievement to be her growth mindset. She is dedicated to continuous improvement, embracing every new challenge as an opportunity to develop her skills and better support her clients. Her personal motto, “It’s not hard, it’s just new,” reflects her positive attitude and resilience, reminding her that confidence comes with experience.

Looking ahead, Nancy aspires to become a Senior Property Manager and manage a substantial portfolio while continuing to provide outstanding service. Inspired by experienced mentors, she is committed to developing the expertise, organisation, and leadership needed to excel in the profession.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys attending live music concerts and travelling. She values new experiences and believes that exploring different places and cultures enriches both her personal and professional life.
