Mandy Yu joined our team six months ago as an Assistant Property Manager, bringing a passion for connecting with people and a love for exploring different properties. With a background as a Training Manager and a Bachelor’s degree in Business English and Interpretation, Mandy has a strong foundation in communication and client relations.

In her role, she is responsible for addressing tenant inquiries, handling maintenance requests, and liaising between landlords, tenants, and maintenance teams. She also conducts move-in, move-out, and routine inspections to ensure smooth property operations.

Mandy’s professional goal is to build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and deliver top-tier service as a Property Manager and Inspection Agent. Guided by her personal motto—Discover your true calling, master it to the extreme—she is dedicated to growing in the industry.

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
