Lili is a dedicated and personable receptionist who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating a warm, welcoming environment. In her role, she takes pride in assisting with enquiries and ensuring clients are efficiently directed to the right departments, contributing to a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

With a background as a beauty consultant for an international brand, along with experience as a flight attendant, she brings a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to make others feel at ease. She is also fluent in five languages – English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, and Malay, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.

Outside of work, she is an active Scout leader, where she mentors young people and supports their development through outdoor adventures, teamwork, and leadership activities. She has a strong love for the outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking, and exploring nature in her free time. To maintain a balanced lifestyle, she starts most mornings with Pilates and embraces her passion as a foodie, always keen to discover and experience new cuisines.
