Julia Liu is a dedicated Sales Assistant supporting Wen’s Team at CHN Real Estate Group, bringing with her a strong background in real estate administration, sales support, marketing, and client service. Having recently joined the Box Hill office, Julia is known for her organised approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a professional experience for both clients and colleagues.
With experience across real estate sales and rental support, Julia has worked extensively in listing preparation, campaign coordination, compliance, documentation management, buyer and vendor communication, inspection support, and office operations. Her ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently allows the team to operate smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Prior to entering real estate, Julia built a successful background in marketing, advertising, and event management, where she coordinated large-scale projects and worked closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. This experience strengthened her communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, which continue to benefit her work in the property industry today.
Julia holds a Bachelor Degree of Tourism and Event Management, along with a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. In her current role as PA to Wen’s Team, she provides day-to-day administrative support, assists with campaign coordination, manages client communication and documentation, maintains database accuracy, and helps ensure seamless workflow across the team.
Her professionalism and dedication have already been recognised within the industry, receiving Group 2nd Place for Sales Support of the Year 2024–2025, along with an office-wide Support Excellence Award in 2024–2025.
Julia enjoys working in real estate because of its people-focused nature and the opportunity to support clients through important property decisions. She is passionate about contributing to a supportive, efficient, and high-performing team environment while continuing to grow her expertise in operations, campaign coordination, and client service.
Guided by her personal motto, “Do the small things well,” Julia believes consistency, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are key to building trust and achieving strong outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, personal development, and exploring culture, wellbeing, and community-related topics.
